king's cross kids

Our children are a vital part of the church, and we yearn for them to come to know their need for a savior and grow in their relationship with Jesus. King’s Cross Kids desires to come alongside parents and support them as they seek to raise their children to know and love the gospel. We believe that children are never too young to begin learning about God and his character shown to us through his Word.

We gladly welcome children of all ages to our Sunday worship gathering as it is an opportunity for parents to teach and train their children through the liturgy of the service. Children from preschool through first grade are dismissed immediately following the Children’s Sermon for a class that will teach a gospel-centered, age-appropriate Bible lesson. We also provide childcare for infants through age 2 for the entire service. All children may be picked up after the worship service has ended.

Our Childcare Protection Policy

To ensure your peace of mind regarding the care of your children during the worship service, we have a child protection policy in place. This means we do everything from background checking all caregivers and keeping low classroom adult-to-child ratios, to enforcing safety guidelines through our Kid Check-In program. When you arrive at church, there will be someone near the front entrance to register your child. Both you and your child will receive a stickered name tag to wear which will allow drop-off and pick-up to run smoothly.

Middle & High School Students

As our church grows, we will provide Bible study and fellowship opportunities for the older children and youth and look forward to this happening sooner rather than later. In the meantime, we invite them to join in the fellowship time after church.
